Plant-Based Meal Delivery FAQs

Is your food vegan?

Yes! Our food is 100% vegan and as organic as we can possibly source. Always gluten free, dairyfree and refined sugar fee. AND always 100% made with love.

Do you provide calorie counts for your meals?

We don’t count calories, macros or micros at Tuesday Foods, but we do strive to achieve the perfect balance of nourishment in each and every meal that we serve.

On average, our meals contain between 300-500 calories per serving.  Each 32 ounce jar contains 2-3 servings, depending type of dish and appetite.

Our goal is to distribute calories as follows during a day of nourishment: 45-65% from carbohydrates, 10-35% from protein and 20-35% from fat.

Additionally, our program provides an average of 40 grams of fiber per day!

Our meals include a combination of complex carbs, nuts, seeds, legumes, gluten-free whole grains and fruits, as well as healthy fats and plant protein. These nutrients combine to energize body, mind and spirit, and, most importantly to feed and support your gut micro-biome.

Will an order feed me for an entire week?

The vegan meal subscription fills up an average client for 4 to 5 days, appetite depending. If you are supplementing with extra protein, greens, or grains often a bit longer.

what is the shelf life of your product?

All Tuesday Foods meals are delivered fresh and should be kept refrigerated until consumed. (Smoothies should be kept in the freezer.) We do not use any preservatives or chemicals in our food. To ensure optimal freshness, we recommend that the food be consumed within 5 days after delivery.

Can I eat anything else with the delivered food?

Of course! This program is meant to be flexible - if you are a meat eater we recommend adding 3 to 4 oz of protein to meals (and we provide pairing suggestions!). If you are looking to cleanse or lose weight you can stick straight to the program.

What is the best alcoholic drink when I’m eating clean?

We like tequila (clean and clear) or champagne/ Prosecco (lighter on alcohol) a dry white or an organic red. Just don’t overdo it, and stick with a high quality (preferably organic) selection.

How much water should I drink a day?

Depends on your activity level but a good goal to shoot for is half of your body weight in ounces - spread throughout the day.

Where do you deliver?

A LOT on our end, but none on yours! Most of our meals are ready eat - from jar to plate - in three minutes or less.

is this safe for pregnant/nursing moms?

100%. When you are focusing on getting optimal and balanced nutrition - we take the guess work out of the equation.

What do I order when I go out to dinner to stay on track?

We like to keep it simple - something with lots of greens/ veggies. We love big colorful salads or a dairy free soup in the winter… Nothing too heavy or saucy - keep it organic, fresh and clean.
