We are committed to minimizing our ecological footprint through sustainable practices and eco-conscious business choices. To start, we deliver on this promise with fully plant-based menus. Sustainable Packaging.
More Plants, Less Plastic.

Tuesday Foods runs a successful, reusable packaging program. Weekly meals are delivered in glassware transported in reusable eco-friendly totes made of paper. Through a simple exchange, we collect the lightly used jars and totes each week—just like the milkman used to do! All returned glassware is pristinely cleaned in our commercial grade washers for sterilization and reuse.

We supplement our glassware with 100% compostable Eco-Products containers. We’ve partnered with EverGreen Zero Waste, a local composting company serving the Roaring Fork Valley, to offer two months of complimentary curbside compost pick-up service to clients. Our Conscious Couriers are also more than happy to pick-up your compostables for processing along with your jar pick-up.

Seasonal Menus.
Local Ingredients.

We thoughtfully design our menus around what’s in season. Why? Because local produce grown in season doesn’t have to travel as far to make it to our plates. Local farmers are able to supply the local market demand for fresh fruits and vegetables. This cuts down on transportation needs and the associated greenhouse gas emissions. Seasonally appropriate produce is also less likely to need fertilizers and other additives because it’s growing how and when nature intended!
